Maturation in stainless steel and traditional large and medium-sized barrels of German oak. Selectively hand-picked in the late season, sourced from the oldest and best parcels of the Hollberg Grand Cru vineyard, extremely stony gravel and clay soil, sub-soil of porphyry rock.

Clay, pale gold colour, intense complex nose, dominated by fruity aromas, apricot and red vineyard peach fruit, with vegetal, herbaceous notes in the back. Dry, fresh and invigorating acidity, pronounced mineral notes, full-bodied, very well balanced, very long finish.
