Maturation in stainless steel and traditional large barrels of German oak. Selectively hand harvested in late season sourced from the best parcels of the VP Grosse Lage Hollberg and Heerkretz, extremely stony sand, gravel and clay soil, a high level of shell calcium, and sub-soil of porphyry rock.
Clear, pale yellow colour, intense and complex nose, apricot and red vineyard peach, vegetal notes in the background, mint and lemon balm. Dry, fresh and invigorating acidity, very pronounced minerality, full-bodied, very well balanced, very long finish.
