Sourced from the oldest and best parcels of the Heerkretz Grand Cru vineyard, extremely stony gravel and clay soil, a high level of shell calcium, sub-soil of porphyry rock.

Clear, pale gold colour. Citrus, peaches and passionfruit, with vegetal, herbaceous notes in the back like mint and lemon balm. Dry with bracing acidity.
