Vi Fi de Masia was L’Enclos first wine, with which we wanted to demonstrate how the wines made in the Gran Penedès were. They tried to make a fresh wine, with minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The varieties are Malvasia, Xarel-lo and Garnacha, traditional varieties of the area, in such representative and historical places as the Vilafranca plain and the Ordal and Montmell hills.
