Vineyard is near Font Freda, at 400 meters of altitude with argil calcareous soil. Surface of one hectare and orientation of the slope is northwest, east facing. The vines were planted in 1994, and the vine grower Francesco Pascual follows biodynamic agriculture. Harvested and stored overnight at zero degrees, pressed whole bunch with 60 percent extraction. Cold racked two days after pressing, and start of fermentation by sowing spontaneous yeast from «pied de cuvée». Mid-fermentation racking to Nomblot cement eggs and 500-liter barrels. Aged for 9 months.
