From granite soils. Manual harvest, grapes are destemmed and lightly pressed and settle for 48 hours. Fermentation with temperature control (at low temperatures to promote aromatics) in stainless still vats for 18 days. Aged sur lie for four months with batonnage.
Very attractive citrus colour, aromatic intensity, floral and white fruit notes, freshness and minerality due to high acidity with good texture and a lively and crunchy finish.
