Maturation in stainless steel selective hand harvest of Pinot Noir and St Laurent sourced from several vineyards in and around Siefersheim, predominantly sandy clay soil on a sub-soil of decomposed porphyry rock.

Clear, light red colour with a filigree and subtle aromas of red currant, raspberries and strawberries. Dry, fresh and invigorating acidity. Good extract and minerality, medium body and very well balanced.
