Carignan from the Oliveres vineyard in Les Cabanyes, red Grenache from Els Oliverons in Sant Pere de Ribes and red Bastard from the Can Mota vineyard. Partially destemmed grapes, which preserves the integrity of the berries and incorporating 10 percent of whole bunches. Vatting is carried out in 1000 and 5000 litre tanks. Spontaneous fermentation at low temperature, with gentle over pumping. After pressing the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 12 months in new 500-litre barrels of various uses.
