The Non Dosée is a Method Traditional sparkling wine. The wine was produced without dosage, matured for 35 months in the bottle ‘sur latte’. Made in very small quantities.
The subtle fruit character shows apple and lime flavours balanced with a racy acidity and dryness. The length of ageing gives a creamy roundness to the wine which has a charming and persistent finish.
