The immensity of the blue sky, the unique breeze from the north of Alentejo and the shale soil give Herdade Monte da Cal wines elegance. Elegant, fresh and with character. Crushed with stems, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 26°C. Maturation of six months in French oak barrels. Intense aroma of ripe red fruits with some toasted nuances. The wine is fruity, soft, elegant and harmonious.
