Vineyards have been planted at the end of the 20th century on clayey-limestone Kimmeridgian soils; the Pinot Noir vineyards are spread over 6.5 hectares divided among five plots. The grapes are almost entirely destemmed, fermentation is between three and four weeks in 90-hl wooden truncated conical tanks, and the wines are aged in a cement tank during the second winter.
