The Horizon Pinot Noir is grown in the hills to the south of Limoux with an average altitude of 380m and a western exposure. Subjected to westerly winds and alternating rainy and dry periods these sites are among the coolest and therefore the latest ripening within the area. 

With a deep cherry red colour this wine has notes of black fruit such as blackberry and blackcurrant combined with sour cherry and raspberry. On the palate cherry flavours evolve toward peppery and herbal notes. A hint of cedar rounds out the fruitiness. Silky texture with impressive length. This is a lovely complex and fresh wine.
