Gramona Imperial Brut Corpinnat 150cl
Learn More About This Wine
Gramona Imperial, which was started by the third generation of the family, is the expression of their winemaking skills. Four varieties are vinified separately to ensure that each one contributes the maximum potential to the base wine. In addition to the different personality of each grape variety, the characteristics of each plot are added: obtaining the perfect blend year after year is an exercise in mastery that draws directly from the artisan tradition. Once the blend is made, the bottles are filled for the second fermentation. After each bottle is disgorged, a dosage is carried out using the centuries-old solera family recipe, which provides the elegant characteristic notes.Â
The wine has a pale yellow color with straw hints and aromas of ripe apple, floral notes, citrus, fennel, wheat, butter, and brioche, evolving into aromas of apple pie and marzipan. On the palate, it is creamy, full-bodied, lively, and well-balanced, with fine bubbles and flavors of baked apple, pastries, toasted nuts. Elegant and versatile, it pairs beautifully with snacks, Iberian ham and white meats.
