This is a very special wine, as due to the ongoing climate change, Eiswein is becoming rarer. It has been more than ten years since the last Eiswein was produced at Schönleber. Gloriously bold and laced with fresh pineapple, limes and grapefruit, freshly cut mango and a neverending finish. Picked on the 22nd of December, no botrytis and the whole cluster was fully frozen. Bottled at a 6.5% ABV and a residual sugar level of 260g/l.
