The first time this wine was produced was in 2005 with the main objective of removing the white grapes that, in the old vines, it was customary to plant in small quantities mixed with the reds, to make his Etna Rosso just with Nerello. The white grapes were a blend of native varieties: Carricante, Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanico and Minella and from blending these grapes with the majority of Carricante, Etna Bianco was born. 

A perfect, delicious wine, with the spontaneous grace, it never loses its brightness and pace. Subtle drinkable, as it ages, the nobility of its terroir emerges decisively and grace becomes thoughtful and profound. The mineral character, coming from the volcanic soils gives the wine a salty edge that blends well with the fresh fruity character
