With a schedule for replanting on all 30 hectares at Chateau de Cerons, younger vines are used to make La Quille Clairet, a wine for friends and simple enjoyment. La Quille is found at the most cheerful tables in Paris and Bordeaux and is now available in Ireland!
A bright, brilliant ruby colour with hints of grenadine. The nose is very expressive with fresh red fruit, strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries. A well-balanced wine with good length.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, pre-fermentation maceration in the press for 48 hours. Gentle pressing in stages, followed by fine, precise settling. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and short aging before bottling.
