Aphros ‘Ten bottling of Loureiro takes its name from the concept of being fermented to roughly ten degrees of alcohol. This in combination with the crisp, acidic balance of grapes grown in the cool Vinho Verde – Lima Valley, you have an intensely refreshing and crushable wine.
Crystalline citrus colour, a bouquet of fresh herbs and white flowers, interspersed with subtle citrus notes. On the palate, there is a lively balance between crisp acidity and gentle minerality, accompanied by a light, nutty note that emerges from the ‘seed’ aspect of the wine. Fresh and dynamic, with an elegant structure that reflects its fine workmanship and conscious approach to vinification. This wine is made from strict biodynamic practices.
