The Loureiro vines are located in the Lima sub-region within the DOC Vinho Verde. All vineyards are exposed to the south. Pressing of the must and natural sedimentation in steel tanks. Chilled fermentation at 16-18 degrees. The wine then matured on the fine lees for two months before being filtered and bottled.

Bright pale yellow citrus hue. A wine with the backbone of granitic minerality, the aromas are dominated by fruits and flowers, including hints of lime and orange with the essential oils of their skins. The mouth has volume and a vibrant acidity, enhancing length and persistence.

Pairs well with fish, grilled or baked, cod with cream, shellfish, sushi, salads and fruit.
