Learn More About This Wine
A blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Grolleau Gris from Anjou Noir, Loire Valley. From 35-75 year old vines, on sandstone schist/quartz soils. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeast takes place in tank. Aged for 10-12 months on fine lees.
Aromas and flavours of ripe pears, fennel and fresh almond. Mouth-filling and creamy texture that is balanced by fresh, saline finish.
