Pale gold, with a persistent and delicate stream of fine bubbles dancing to the surface. Orchard fruits and citrus notes, crisp green apples and ripe pears mingle with hints of lemon zest. There is a subtle floral undertone of acacia blossoms.

The palate unfolds with precision, balance and lively acidity. The initial burst of citrus – Meyer lemon and grapefruit, is complemented by a subtle minerality. As the Champagne evolves on the palate, flavors of white peaches and a hint of brioche emerge.
