Marie-Cécile is produced exclusively from Semillon grapes. The wine is vinified and matured in used barrels, biodynamically. This sulphur-free dry white is the archetype of a natural white wine.

With a colour which can vary from sparkling gold to amber according to the year, a very fruity nose and aromas of pear and exotic flowers, Marie-Cécile offers a full-bodied palate and a tight texture.

The Marie-Cécile vintages are best drunk young, mainly with seafood, fish, or blue cheeses, tommes and other strong-flavoured cheeses.

Named after the wife of Barthélemy (one of the most famous winegrowers in the family), Marie Cecile made wine in the absence of men during the war in 1870.
