This wine is part of the “Artist Series”, with the label changing every 3 years. Le Kottabe is made from a 100% Riesling from 45-year-old vines, from small plots with gravel terroirs in the plains around Wintzenheim and Turckheim.

The dry Riesling is known for its vibrant and digestible structure, with a delicate nose of citrus fruits, grapefruit, blood orange scents, and vegetal notes of aromatic herbs. The palate is characterised by a tense and long acidity, a high salinity, and beautiful minerality. It pairs well with fish and seafood products, Alsatian dishes, sauerkraut, and Japanese cuisine.
