Blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin. The powerful nose is floral and mineral, giving way to ripe apple, pear and a touch of herbs and spices on the palate. The wine has intense energy and a firm structure. Despite the mouthwatering acidity, it feels round and fresh.

Thirty-year-old vines are hand harvested, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The juice is aged one year on the lees in concrete eggs and amphora.
