While the area around Limoux and Languedoc is a much warmer climate for the production of Chardonnay (especially when compared to Burgundy!) the positive effect is ripe grapes that give wines which are richer and suited to some light oak giving subtle spice notes and a rounded character.

Brilliant yellow with aromas of white flowers and citrus zest are enhanced by hints of peach and hazelnut. Flavours of fresh almonds and grapefruit.
