Les Perrieres is from a single plot of granite soils, which is known to produce the most structured Muscadets. Expect lots of texture, weight and a mineral edge.
Vines are from the 1980s planted on rocky pink and white granite soils with quartz. Hand harvested, the grapes are vinified completely naturally without any added yeasts or enzymes, no cold filtration. Aged on the lees in concrete tanks for 18 to 24 months.
