Tasting Note:
The white “Prieler classic”. Pinot Blanc is typically restrained and discreet combining ripe pears with notes of flowers and grass, and a juicy texture. 

Vineyard and Winemaking:
On the Seeberg, the soil is interspersed with limestone and often warmed by the sun and has very good water retention. Harvested late, ripe and healthy, the must is left in contact with the skins for three days which also helps to build the aromatic intensity of the wine.
