Goutorbe-Bouillot

Goutorbe-Bouillot is a Grower Champagne estate based in Damery, Vallée de la Marne. The domaine is run by lawyer-turned-winemaker Bastien, alongside his mother and father, both of whose names are Dominique. The family has 20 acres of vines across 30 different plots. There is a focus on sustainable viticulture and organic practices, having achieved the ‘Haute Valeur Environnementale’ and ‘Viticulture Durable’ certifications.
