Domaine Adelie

Domaine Adélie is located in the Côte Chalonnaise village of Mercurey. The Domaine has 7.4 hectares of vines that are divided among plots that produce delectable rich red wines and subtle and elegant white wines.

Mercurey’s name refers to an ancient temple built by the Romans to honour the god Mercury. Mercurey is the largest appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise.

The estate is named after Alberic Bichot’s daughter who was born in 2003.
