Tement

Tement has forged a reputation for great Sauvignon Blanc. From Styria in Austria and its winery over the border in Slovenia they have been certified organic from the 2018 vintage (2019 vintage Domaine Ciringa). The winery sits on a plateau above the single vineyard Zierreg.

The Klassik is light, fresh and fruity while the Grassnitzberg is classified as a Premier Cru. The Ciringa which is made in Austria but comes from their vineyards in Slovenia is on the same plateau as the Zieregg.
