Turner Pageot

The winery is run by Emmanual (Manu) Pageot who graduated from the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, he also worked as a Sommelier and has training in biodynamics with guru Francois Bouchet and Pierre Masson. He gained experience in the UK, France, South Africa, Italy and Australia.

The winery is biodynamic. The soils of the many different vineyard parcels around Gabian and Pezenas are rich and complex. Its geological history is tumultuous. The hillsides and cooler exposed sites are essential in order to produce these fine and elegant wines in the South of France. The vineyards, a total of 10 hectares, are fragmented into 17 parcels, mainly exposed to the North, or Northwest and face the foothills of the Cevennes and the Haut Languedoc Natural Park. It’s the combinatioon of the varieties, expositions, soils and biodynamic practices as well as intelligent and thoughtful winemaking that make these wines so distinctive.
