Saladini Pilastri is a historic winery located in the picturesque hills of Italy’s Marche region. With a legacy spanning over a thousand years, the estate has been carefully preserved and developed by the noble Saladini Pilastri family. Today, the winery encompasses 320 hectares, with 100 hectares dedicated to vineyards positioned on limestone- rich hills that benefit from the moderating influence of the nearby Adriatic Sea.

Since 1996, Saladini Pilastri has stood out as Italy’s first certified organic winery, pioneering sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture practices long before they became widespread. The estate commits to natural farming methods, avoiding synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, and relying on ecological techniques to maintain vineyard health and promote Biodiversity. The winery’s modern facilities, built alongside the original 15th-century family estate, blend tradition with innovation.
