Domaine du Pavillon

Domaine du Pavillon is located south of Pommard in the Côte de Beaune. The estate has a total of 15 hectares of vines of which 4 hectares include the monopole of Pommard Clos des Ursulines. They focus on organic viticulture. In 2016 the winery modernised, to make it possible to vinify more of the Côte de Beaune single vineyards in small vats that are adapted to the single vineyard approach typical for Burgundy. 

Domaine du Pavillon is part of the Albert Bichot wineries in Burgundy.
