Domaine Long Depaquit

Located in the heart of Chablis lies this exceptional 65 hectares including 10 hectares of Grand Crus and 15 hectares of Premier Crus, all sustainably cultivated. To create authentic, mineral, and elegant wines the winery limits yields in the vineyards and keeps interventions to a minimum during the vinification process. Barrel ageing is used in moderation to best express each terroir. The Moutonne is a vineyard of 2.3 hectares within the Vaudesirs and Preuses Grand Crus with steep hillsides and Kimmeridgian marl which creates a remarkable micro terroir refined with a great ageing capacity.
