Kolonne Null is a Berlin-based pioneer in premium non-alcoholic wine, founded in 2018. With a bold vision to redefine what no-alcohol wine can be, they collaborate with top wineries across Europe—from Germany and France to Spain—to produce real wines that are carefully dealcoholised without compromising on taste or complexity. What sets Kolonne Null apart is their meticulous approach: only high-quality, traditionally vinified wines are selected, and alcohol is removed using gentle vacuum distillation at low temperatures to preserve aroma, texture, and structure. After dealcoholisation, natural aromas are reintroduced, and a touch of grape must is added for balance—resulting in wines that are clean, expressive, and remarkably close to their alcoholic counterparts. The range includes sparkling and still wines, like the crisp and elegant Cuvée Blanc No. 1, the berry-forward Rosé, a juicy red, and a vibrant alcohol-free Riesling, all of which reflect their origins and the winemakers behind them. The wines are vegan and low in calories.
