Join us for a masterclass on Austrian Wine with Michael Moosbrugger, acclaimed winemaker of Schloss Gobelsburg in Kamptal.

The masterclass is a guided tasting of fourteen wines, eleven white and three red wines from a range of Austrian origins. They will be organised into five flights allowing a deep dive into regional, village and single vineyards wines. Michael will also talk about winemaking, past and present, in a tasting of the Tradition Wines (multi-vintage and multi-variety blends) launched to coincide with the 850 year anniversary of Schloss Gobelsburg. The wines are taken from several producers in our Austrian portfolio. As well as Gobelsburg there are wines from Weingut Tement, Dorli Muhr and Georg Prieler. This is a masterclass not to be missed, with a remarkable line up of wines, offering a unique opportunity to learn from one of the industry's finest.

Alternative Austria Tasting

We will host a small, standing tasting in the morning with different wines, none of which are included in the afternoon masterclass. Attendance to both the morning tasting and afternoon masterclass is welcomed.
