Champagne: Goutorbe-Bouillot

Reflets de Riviere Brut, a Grower Champagne from Damery, in the Vallée de la Marne. A blend of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aromas of orchard fruits, citrus and brioche.

English Sparkling: Gusbourne Estate

2019 Brut Reserve, Traditional method from Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir from Sussex, England. Bright citrus, orchard fruits, toasted brioche and sweet spice.

Spumante: Sommariva

Domini Di San Felice Brut, Pinot Bianco, Charmant method with second fermentation for 90 days. Fresh and dry, golden apple, lemon and aromatic herbs finishing with yeasty notes.

Corpinnat: Gramona and Llopart
