From old vines, planted 60 years ago by Georg’s grandmother, and some 90 years ago by his great-grandfather. The wine undergoes a 2 day maceration and fermentation in stainless steel and then 2/3 aged in 500l wooden barrels and 1/3 in clay amphorae.
A kaleidoscope of nutty, floral and fruity notes – white blossom, juicy nectarines, macadamia and confit lemon.
