In February, Lotte visited Keermont Vineyards on her visit to South Africa. Keermont is about a place where they grow, produce and bottle by hand all of the wines made from grapes grown on their own farm. High up the slopes of the Upper Blaauwklippen Valley on the natural monument of Stellenbosch, the Helderberg. Exciting terroir equals exciting wines, a magic place to make wine.
