With a schedule for replanting on all 30 hectares at Chateau de Cerons, younger vines are used to make La Quille, a good Graves white, for friends and simple enjoyment. La Quille is found at the most cheerful tables in Paris and Bordeaux and is now available in Ireland!
An expressive nose with notes of flowers and apricots and flavours of citrus fruit, yellow lemon peel and pink grapefruit, well balanced and smooth. A blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Gentle pressing by stages, then fine and precise settling. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Matured on the lees for six months in stainless steel vats.
