An authentic wine for the table, long and complex, Appellation AOP Cotes de Provence. The cuvee is a blend of the five red grape varieties on the estate, Grenache 33%, Cinsault 24%, Syrah 10%, Mourvedre 14% and Carignan 19%.
Harvested by hand, early in the morning, the grapes are directly pressed after being sorted. The juices are vinified in vats, then the wines are aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Light and pale pink color, flavours are fresh and fruity with citrus notes, harmonious and complex.
