Situated at the heart of the village of Chablis, owning 65 hectares of vines and 10% of the total Grand Cru surface area of the appellation and 14 hectares of Premier Cru. These are authentic mineral and elegant wines where barrel ageing is used sparingly. Moutonne is a monopole, a vineyard of 2.3 hectares within Vaudesirs and Preuses Grands Crus. Steep hillsides and the strong presence of Kimmeridgian marl creates a remarkable micro terroir, refined with great ageing capacity.
