Just south of Pommard, the estate’s 13 hectares include almost 4 hectares of the monopole Pommard Clos des Ursulines. Organic viticulture is practiced. In the winery, vats of varying sizes are used to respect the single vineyard approach that is typical in Burgundy. The winemaker in charge is Dominique Bon.
