Made from the highest quality, hand-selected Viura, Malvasia, Garnacha Blanca, and other grapes from small, old, hilltop vineyards parcels on limestone soils. About a third of the wine is fermented in semi-new oak barrels of top-quality French oak, for added texture and complexity, but without overt oak character. 

Subtle but intriguing nose that opens up in the glass, stone fruit, herbal and white flowers. Juicy and refreshing on the palate, with real poise and length, showing a chalky, mineral finish. The quality of the fruit shines, showing how interesting an old-vine Viura blend can be without being masked by heavy use of oak.
