WineMason is dedicated to supplying wine on a wholesale, agency or brokerage basis. We only sell wines to the off-trade, such as independent retailers and off-licences, as well as on-trade customers like restaurants, wine bars and hotels. Unfortunately we do not sell to the public.
You can place an order using the Order page, by sending an email or contacting us by phone. Details are on our contact page.
This is a business-to-business site. In order to see pricing details or to order wine, you must first request a log-in code from WineMason. If you sell wine to your customers and would like to have access to this site, please contact us and we'll set you up as a member.
1. WineMason is the trading name of Wine Point Limited.
Prices and Payment Terms
2. Prices are in € (euros). All prices quoted include excise duty. Where applicable Value Added Tax will be added at the rate in force on the invoice date.
3. Wines are offered subject to availability.
4. Vintages are subject to availability and both vintages and prices may change without notice.
5. This price list is effective from April 2016 until further notice, errors or omissions excluded.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due and invoices are strictly payable within 28 days end of month.
7. WineMason reserves the right to compound interest to all outstanding balances at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Delivery
8. Goods shall be examined on arrival and any loss, defect or breakage must be reported within five days of delivery and any defective goods must be held for inspection.
Reservation of Title
9. The property in the goods shall remain with WineMason until payment is received in full for the goods and ALL other goods delivered to the buyer.
10. In the event of a failure to clear outstanding balances owed to WineMason, the buyer grants permission to enter any premises occupied by the buyer in order to collect all goods supplied to the value of the outstanding balance owed at the time of collection.
