The Long and the Short of Wine Lists

the-long-and-short-of-wine-lists-banner

There are two main reasons for choosing a wine for your wine list. On the one hand, wines need to work with the food being served, on the other hand they must be in tune with your local market.

A list can be organized in many different ways: style, variety, region or producer, long or short, classic or more unusual.

Below we show a short list of our wines, which can either work as key wines or as blackboard selections.

If you would like help in building or refining your wine list, we would be happy to make specific recommendations based on style, variety, price or other factors.
