Chateau Le Puy sulphur free wines are matured in seasoned casks made of fine grain oak. They are dynamised regularly according to the lunar calendar and their specific needs, defined by in-house oenologists Pascal and Jean Pierre Amoreau. The maturation period varies from one cuvee to another. The property is 51 hectares in 3 parcels on the same rock plateau of clay silt with clay limestone substrate. The reds are based on a majority of Merlot.
